I enjoyed your radio program on the New Age. My sister is a Minister in the New Age. She charts astrology charts, reads Tara Cards, sits under a man who supposedly "Channels the spirit of Jesus" etc and much much more. She has been involved since she frequented the Edgar Casey Foundation a few blocks from our home in the 60's. My other sister has been a Muslim almost as long and has made her pilgrimage to Mecca. We were raised Catholic by two intellectuals who did not attend but made sure we did. I have followed the New Age movement since then and even got involved in the Health and Wealth Gospel not wanting to believe it was much of the same. Finally the Lord opened my eyes to that and I have been set free from that arm of the One World Religion that I see manifesting before me. Both of my sisters have agreed that even though they are ions apart in many things; nevertheless, they are worshipping the same God and it is I who cannot live in "harmony" with them, as they term it. It is unbelievable how all of this is unfolding and most Christians are clueless that they themselves are dabbling in the mess. I agree that a line is being drawn, without knowing how to define themselves, most Americans are now apart of the New Age Movement. And “many will come in my name saying, "I am the Christ." My sister has verbalized that about herself. I realize the masses have not arrived at this point yet, but they will and I don't think it will be long. She believes she is God. God is all and all is God. She cannot fathom that she is a sinner. Just today I came to tears because the deluding spirit that God has allowed is already so strong that it is hard to convince people that what they believe is not God. How much stronger can the deception get? I knew years ago that the New Age would be at the root of the Falling Away. Saved or not saved, setting aside that argument, many of those who call themselves Christians are falling hook, line, and sinker for the lie that there are many paths to God, while unknowingly denying the significance and power of Christ’s atonement on the Cross. You cannot be a Christian and believe there are other paths to God. If you think that there are other ways, you have denied the value of the shed blood of Jesus on the Cross. You have denied your faith in the Cross. You cannot have it both ways. You cannot believe you need to be washed in the blood for salvation but someone else can get to heaven another way. That there are many paths to God is what is fueling the New Age movement. Imagine joining with Muslims in what you believe. We see it now happening in America. Click here to reply to this post
