This week President Bush announced an upcoming international meeting of representatives from nations that support a two-state solution between the Israelis and Palestinians, which reject violence, recognize Israel's right to exist, and commit to all previous agreements between the parties. Many of those "nations" are in the Middle East and consider Israel's very existence to be an outrage, or as they call it, a "catastrophe."
I have thus concluded that most of the world, including our White House and State Department, has come up with a subtle idea that there are evil terrorists and then not-so-bad-terrorists.
Let me be as clear as I can. Mahmoud Abbas is Yaser Arafat's successor, and Abbas is the not-so-bad-terrorist. Arafat promised peace and delivered war. Abbas has promised peace since he took over but instead formed a coalition with the ultra-militant Hamas. Both Hamas and Abbas' Fatah have always declared that it was the fundamental duty of every Palestinian to work toward the destruction of Israel. But we can do business with Abbas because he is not so bad?
Really? Keep in mind that Abbas financed the 1972 slaughter of Israeli athletes at Munich. He also wrote his PhD thesis on the myth of the Holocaust, even though he's supportive of another one.So he's really just another evil terrorist, yet hardly anyone but someone as outspoken as I will say that!
Nonetheless, the president announced a pledge of $190 million in direct American aid (tax dollars) and $80 million in military assistance (also out of your pockets).Additionally, your next tax refund will be lower due to an additional $228 million more American aid in business assistance to bolster Abbas.
Of the billions of dollars the Palestinians have gotten from many sources, precious little goes to their people. The money disappears into secret bank accounts, or it is used to buy weapons to turn on Israel. What has changed in the last few weeks and months to reward the not-so-bad-terrorists?Apparently Abbas' break from Hamas is sufficient evidence that he has reformed, renounced all charters calling for Israel's destruction, and stopped all child propaganda to twist the minds of young Palestinians urging them to jihad.
Then why has another TV program come out showing just the opposite? You may say that this is a Hamas film, the really bad terror group, not Abbas, the not-so-bad terror group. The two have not broken in sentiment, charters, goals, beliefs, and plans to destroy the Jewish state. So view the two minute clip at my "Palestine" category at the Web site here http://www.olivetreeviews.org/topics/palestine.shtmlThe article is titled "Why There Will Be No Peace" (until the Prince of Peace returns) and is the first posting.
As Gary Bauer says in his End of Day Report, "What they want (the Arabs and Muslims of the Middle East) is an Islamic caliphate that will include Gaza, the West Bank, every square inch of the nation of Israel, and, frankly, most of the Middle East. They are not interested in peace with Israel or even a 'piece' of Israel. They want it all." Deals made with any Arab state are consistently broken.
I always recommend concerted prayer for the president and his staff. A good way to do that is the Presidential Prayer Team, www.presidentialprayerteam.org.

AS I have said and have taught there is no seperation between a Muslim or an Arab for to be a divide or described as either or is offensiveto them they are Muslim s who are Arabs just as there are so many others they are first and formost Muslim that is what defines them. WE in America accept different divisions and but in the Arab world you are either a Muslim or not a Muslim. To see what happens to none Muslims look around the world today in Africa in the Island nations odf Indoesia, Muslims are at war. Who are they at war with? Everything that is not Muslim.. Right on, Jan! Rewarding the lesser of two evils is no different than rewarding the evil of two lessers. Fatah, Hamas, and Abbas all want the same thing--Israel's destruction. They don't want 2 states, unless, of course, they're both Arab. Israel has been fighting clean all these years while the Palestinians take pot-shots over the border or send homocide bombers to kill innocent civilians. Can anyone name one Jewish homocide bomber or site one time that Israel has attacked the Palestinians WITHOUT BEING PROVOKED! It's never happened. Sure, Arabs are quick to point to last summer's war with Lebanon as an example of Israel initiating the fighting but, in reality, it was after Israeli guards were kidnapped that Israel took any action. And for you reconstructionists, try reading Romans 9, 10 and 11 and substituting "the church" for "Israel" and see if it makes any sense at all--it doesn't. God doesn't revoke his promises, EVER! Dear Mr. President Bush. We need to pray fervently that his eyes and his heart would be opened to the truth relative to true nature of Islam, the Muslims, and the biblical truth regarding who the land erroneously called Palestine really belongs to.
This poor man apparently still thinks that Islam is a peaceful religion and that we can reach agreements with Muslim nations regarding the disposition of the land of Israel and have them honor these agreements. They will agree to almost anything that will further their goal at the time and then turn around and break that agreement when it suits their purpose to do so. There will never be peace in Israel by giving away bits and pieces of it to the Palestinians.
The ultimate goal of Muslims is not only to establish a Muslim caliphate in the land of Israel, but also to establish a world wide caliphate. These people are an international threat and danger and need to be stopped. Click here to reply to this post

Spot-on.
Abbas was never more than a younger, cleaned/spiffed version of Yaser Arafat.
As the majority of "Palestinians" are descended from the Edomites (Arafat was an Egyptian who re-invented himself as "Palestinian" to be able to misrule), the chances of them ever allowing peace with the Jews (Israelites) is nil; reading Obadiah, and Malachi 1, God had explicitly proscribed the post-Nebuchadnezzar Edomites from ever re-establishing their kingdom (read "nation") due to their attacks on the Judean refugees from Nebuchadnezzar (who didn't give the Edomites any concessions from being vassals). The fact that the founder of the "Palestine" movement Haj-amin Husseini (BTW, it was Husseini who took Arafat as his "nephew/protege" and then appointed him as successor) was willing to sign a blood-covenant with Hitler due to his own hatred of the Jews, as well as the further fact that almost all "Palestinians" consider Husseini to be "nationalist" or "freedom fighter" (he was a thug, illegitimately appointed as Jerusalem Mufti due to concessions given away by T.E. Lawrence, a promiscuous homosexual--and no more a "nationalist" or "freedom fighter" than Buck Ruxton was for India; BTW, NO Indian will make such a nonsensical claim about Ruxton) shows that the Edomites have still not learned after nearly three millenia! While many have been saying that President Bush is saved, when you open your eyes and see he is ONLY a professing Christian, he is NOT possessing the HOLY SPIRIT.
But why does what he is doing come as such a shock.
Do you think your going to change the course of things written in the bible.
TO say, Bush isnt for peace is foolish.
GOD in his soverignty, KNOWS who he wants in office to advance his plan.
MEN have to stop being so foolish as to think they will change the course of events, that GOD has already laid out in order for his SON to return.
Let us stop thinking thru our intellect and use the HOLY SPIRIT for our discernment.
THE chain of events wont be changed by men. Click here to reply to this post
