The Cloning of America

Cloning-- a person or thing that duplicates, imitates, or closely resembles another in appearance, function, performance, or style.

I love to look at old pictures.  There is something about rummaging through old files that warms my heart.  The simplicity of a life-that-was jumps off of the pages and prompts me to wonder how we got in the mess we are in.

We were watching some old family videos the other night and it was as if I was suddenly living in Rod Serling’s “The Twilight Zone.”  There I was on the screen, fit and trim, with my so-young-looking wife, chasing our three under-eight children around the house!  It was us, alright, but it was as if that time in our lives never really existed.  I was so busy building a life for our family that I hadn’t taken the time to totally enjoy the chaos. 

Now, we are nearly a score of years down the road and things are so different.  Our children are grown and although they need us, it is not in the same way as when they needed Dad to play wiffle-ball in the back yard.  Often my heart yearns for the simplicity of those days.

But we can’t go back.  That is one of the tragedies of life.  Lost time is the one thing that can never be recovered.  The seeds planted today are sure to bear fruit tomorrow.  Nothing happens by accident.  Everything is a result of someone’s action.  While I was raising my children and building my career, others were tampering with our country.  Most of us were too busy to notice.  But the inevitability of God’s law was at work.  Which law, you might ask?  The law of sowing and reaping found in Galatians 6:7-8.

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

While I was raising my family others were messing in the fields.  We saw them in the back 40 with their ploughs but we didn’t realize the seeds they were planting.  We are reaping the whirlwind of what they sowed.  The fruit is bitter, but today we struggle against the crop that those seeds have produced.

But through the mercies of God, each day begins a new planting season and an opportunity to rotate the crops.  It is time to change the seed if we are leave to our children the fruits of freedom.  Time is so critical.

As I travel and speak on worldview I am always struck by the fact that very few people really understand how we got where we are.  They, too, have been busy creating family movies and have ignored the farmers working the fields of government.

Our courts have ruined America.  The lawyers and the judges have toiled in the fields rooting up the old established crops and have created a genetically-engineered legal system.  By doing so, they have changed the DNA of America. The framework is the same, but our nation has become a modern-day Frankenstein.  All of the physical features of America are in place, it looks like the same old country, but we are now a nation without a soul, without a conscience, and without justice.  This is not the same country that we grew up in.  America has been cloned. 

Who were those mad scientists and how did they do it?  Is it possible to rotate the crops, to turn the tide, to recover the fields?  I don’t know, but first we must understand how the cloning took place.

All laws are made by Congress.   That is the way the framers laid out the field.  The courts were supposed to determine whether or not the seeds were sown properly.  Instead, the courts have genetically-altered the seeds.  Government of the people, by the people, and for the people no longer exists.  Today when the “people” choose the seed, the mad-scientists in black robes alter the DNA.  How much longer can this nation survive legal experimentation?

Time and space does not allow me to expose the process by which America has been cloned, but allow me to give you a brief synopsis of the removing of America’s soul.  The process is explained in detail on the CD’s.

The Supreme Court of America has been the laboratory, and the god-hating justices are the mad-scientists, experimenting with the Constitution much like the frizzy-haired Doc in Back to The Future. There are eight Supreme Court decisions that forever altered America.  All of them in direct violation of the law of God.  Each one a surgical strike to remove the soul of this land.

• Everson vs. Board of Education (1947).  This decision rewrote the First Amendment and gave us the “separation between the church and the state.”
• Engle vs Vitale (1962).  The Supreme Court silenced the prayers of our children in the public schools of America.  The prayer they targeted was: “Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers, and our country.”
• Abington vs. Schempp (1963).  The Supreme Court removed the Bible from the education of our children in public schools.  The knowledge of God was replaced with guns, drugs, condoms, and violence.
• Roe vs Wade (1973). The Supreme Court removed the humanity and personhood of the unborn, in direct opposition to its duty to protect the God-given, inalienable, right to life.
• Stone vs Graham (1980). The Supreme Court stripped the 10 commandments from the walls of our public schools, removing the foundation upon which all moral, legal, and ethical freedoms are built. 
• Planned Parenthood vs. Casey (1992).  The Supreme Court sided with the serpent in the Garden when he declared that man can become as God, by determining his own standards of morality and rejected absolute Truth.  The Supreme Court rejected God’s standard, the Bible, which held this nation together for over 220 years.
• Lawrence vs Texas (2003).  The Supreme Court ruled on June 26, 2003 that there is a constitutional right to homosexual sodomy.  In one ruling the court ignored 4,000 years of history, it’s own past precedent, and over-turned the Law of God.
• Kelo vs New London (2005).  The court determined that the right of the government trumped the right of the individual in personal property issues.

It is time to review the home-movies, to look back at what we used to be.  Although the Secularists like to tell us that “you can’t legislate morality,” the truth is all legislation enforces a moral standard.  The question is, whose morality will be enforced?  The moral DNA of America was altered, not by a vote of the people, but by tampering with the legal-building blocks of our justice system by the Bela Lagosi’s in black robes.  Like the Dracula that Lagosi made famous, they have sucked the blood out of this nation.

America stands in need of a transfusion.  This phony, cloned-version of the land our Fathers gave us is on life-support.  If America dies, the cause of freedom around the world dies.

America has become nation without a soul, run by men without chests. 

Psalm 11:3.  If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

Jeremiah 1:10 See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

Hosea 4:6  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Let’s rebuild the old foundations!  Let’s help America recover her soul.
